致尊貴的客戶:
經本公司同事檢查後,未有發現總網絡出現異常,有可能是個別網絡路由器不穩定導致出現本次問題。
如這個網絡問題情況持續,請提供雙向的tracert路由追蹤給本公司技術支援部同事作進一步跟進。
如沒收到任何回覆,此工單將會於六小時後關閉,感謝使用SunnyVision服務。

After checking in detail, the network is fine. Some unstable router may cause this problem. Please provide “tracert” for our further action if the problem still happened.
