1)請先登入客戶平台https://cp.sunnyvision.com
2)選擇相關主機
3)在主機列表畫面可以查找到一欄為 “IPMI”
4)鼠標移至會顯示連結及登錄資訊\\
5)錄連結並登入>找Console redirect 或 Console access
6)跟著相關程序打開
7)會要求閣下電腦的Java 支援 (部份瀏覽器會顯示不安全指引) >請繼續進程至下載Java檔>打開剛下載的Java檔
8)連接主機。

(要注意要求的Java 版本，部份瀏覽器或可能不支援某些功能，如遇相關情況，可檢查Java對應版本及轉換瀏覽器使用)如有任何問題， 請提供詳細資料詳細及截圖，以便技本公司術支援部同事進一步了解閣下所遇到的情況並提供合適協助。
如沒收到任何回覆，此工單將會於六小時後關閉，感謝使用SunnyVision服務。

Please follow these steps to enter the machine through the Console KVM.

1) Please login to the client platform https://cp.sunnyvision.com

2) Select the relevant host name

3) in the host list screen can find a column for the "IPMI"

4) Move the mouse to display the link and login information \\

5) Log in and log in> find Console redirect or Console access

6) follow the relevant procedures to open

7) will request your computer's Java support (some browsers will display unsafe instructions)> Please continue the process to download the Java file> Open the Java file just downloaded

8) Connect the host.

(Note that the required version of Java, some browsers or may not support certain features, such as the relevant circumstances, can check the corresponding version of Java and conversion browser use) If you have any questions, please provide detailed information and screenshots, so that Your colleagues in the Technical Support Department will learn more about your situation and provide you with appropriate assistance.
